What we collect
Account data: the company name, the desk address, and the owner's name and email. Desk data: the leads, notes, tasks, plans, and files your team saves. Use data: sign-in, and the pages opened while signed in, so the desk can work.
Why we use it
We process that data to run the desk for you. You own your lead data. We use it to store leads, show them to the people you invite, and send the texts and emails you start.
Texting and email
Carrier rules and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act stay with you. A STOP reply is stored and honored automatically. Email to your leads goes out through the Google account you connect, not through a mailbox you did not choose. Trial reminders go only to the company owner, from [email protected].
Companies that process data for us
Telnyx processes phone and text traffic. Cloudflare hosts the desk and stores the database. Google handles sign-in and the connected mailbox. We do not sell lead data.
Export and deletion
You can export from the desk while signed in. Email [email protected] to request a copy of your company data or to ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with the owner before we delete the company.
How long we keep it
We keep the desk data while the company is open, including after a trial ends, so you can still view and export it. After you ask us to delete the company, we delete that company's database.
